Our mission is to help you relax and center you’re being through whatever means possible. Our hotel is built around the concept of self-realization and personal progress. We will do whatever we can to help you achieve this and offer you tailor-made holidays. To make this possible we can help you plan and organize everything for you so you don’t have to worry about anything. We will prepare the itinerary with the costs and we will let you know them all before you decide.
All of the external staff have been vetted by the hotel to ensure the highest of standards and they are also prohibited to take you to shops, alabaster factories, etc that you have not specifically asked for. All costs are agreed beforehand and all payments are made through the hotel. You are not even required to tip as we have facilities at the hotel for you to pass on any gratuity should you wish to.
As a Fair Trade company, we ensure that all of the people we use are paid a fair rate over and above the usual local rate for the work they do. This is to ensure that they do not hassle our guests into extras or allow anyone you come into contact with hassle you either.
